Do I need a referral?
No, a referral is not required but patients are encouraged to obtain one prior to the first consultation.
What should I bring?
Comfortable sporting shoes and clothes to change into.

How long will the session take?
Most sessions are 30 minutes long.
Can I get a Medicare rebate?
A Medicare rebate may apply to the session if there is a Chronic Disease Management Plan, organised by your GP, in place
Can I get a Private Health Insurance rebate?
Patients with Private Health Insurance that include ‘Extras Cover’ may be covered for Physiotherapy services. Please check with your health fund.
Can my physiotherapist refer me for x-rays and scans?
For selected regions of the body referrals for x-rays made by physiotherapists attract a Medicare Rebate. Physiotherapists may refer patients for MRI and ultrasound scans but they do not attract Medicare Rebates.
